Chromebook Repairs - In the event that a student's Chromebook is in need of repair, we will be offering three drop off locations this summer. Repairs can be dropped off Monday through Friday between 9am and 12pm. Please see below for the location closest to you. Students who attend Cedar Hill, Greenwood, Park, Robertson, Scott, Toll Gate High School and Winman Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Toll Gate High School (Main Entrance). Students who attend Lippitt, Oakland Beach, Sherman, Warwick Neck and Veterans Memorial Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Veterans Memorial Middle School (Main Entrance). Students who attend Hoxsie, Holliman, WELC, Norwood, Pilgrim High School and Wyman can drop off a device in need of repair to Pilgrim High School (Main Entrance). A repair form will be available at the drop-off locations where you can describe the problem and also provide a phone number for us to contact you once the repair is complete.

Good Afternoon Holliman Families, Happy summer!!! Holliman will not be accessible starting on Friday, June 21st. Miss Ann and I will be working from Sherman School from June 24th - July 3rd. Reach out to Miss Ann on Monday via email if you would like to pick up any of the following items at Sherman; Paper report cards, Chromebooks left behind, Medication left behind. All contents from students' desks have been packed up and will be waiting for them at Gorton on the first day of school. Have a wonderful summer!

Today, report cards are available to parents/guardians. We will be publishing report cards for each student that will be available to you through the Aspen Portal. Don't have an Aspen account yet? Good Afternoon Holliman School Community, Out of an abundance of caution and due to the predicted excessive heat on Thursday, June 20th, WPS is dismissing all students, faculty and staff 2 1/2 hours early. Holliman dismissal will begin at 12:40pm. Students will still be served lunch, just at an earlier time. As you know, this is the last scheduled day of school, we hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer.

Good Afternoon Holliman Families, Holliman students were kept inside for about 20 minutes while the WPD and I investigated a possible suspicious individual who had been on school grounds earlier in the morning. The officer surveyed the perimeter of the building and this suspected suspicious individual was not on school grounds. All staff and students were safe at all times.

Holliman 5th grade families All 5th grade participants should report to 1089A Narragansett parkway no later then 9am. Wear your holliman 2024 shirt!

Holliman 5th Grade Parade Participants Only Instructions During the Parade The parade begins promptly at 10am. Parents/guardians listed on the permission slip MUST remain in the vicinity of the parade for the duration of the parade. We will have water for the students. The kids can bring their own water bottles and snacks. We will have a trash bag to dispose of any trash. Have your child wear or bring sunscreen even if it's cloudy. Students who are on the float MUST remain on the float. Students may not join the parade once it has begun. Students may not leave the parade once it has begun.

5th grade parade participants only Good Morning! Tomorrow is the Day!!! Here's an update Instructions Before the Parade You MUST arrive by 8am and park at Pilgrim HS. Walk over to the parade staging area located at Division #08 in front of house #1089A Narragansett Parkway. All participating students must be on the float and ready to go by 9am. Update LEAVE YOUR CAR AT PILGRIM! Shuttle buses will park in the designated parking area at the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet parking lot and will be available at the parade end to return parade participants back to the parking lots near the staging area. Shuttle buses will depart when full. Please note: There will be no shuttle buses going from Rhodes on the Pawtuxet to the staging area prior to the parade. Buses will only be available after the parade to return people to the parking lots.

Dear Holliman Families Thank you for joining me at Gorton this evening. With any major change there are going to be major kinks we will need to work out. I will do my absolute best to collaborate with transportation so that arrival and dismissal plans are as transparent as possible. Please know that I am listening and I understand your concerns. Hi Holliman Families, The tour of the future Holliman @ Gorton building is this evening from 5pm-6pm. The address is 69 Draper Ave. We will begin the tour in the gymnasium on the second floor and will conclude at 6pm sharp. This will be the only tour offered. We will schedule open house as early as possible at the start of the school year so that you can see your child's exact classroom.
